Brewers Beat Grey's 18-0 Behind Rucker's 5 Inning No Hitter

The Brewers looking to move to .500 on the season took on the Colorado Springs Grey's on Sunday.  Rucker got the start for the Brewers and took care of the Grey's in the 1st striking out 2 of the first 3 batters he faced.  The Brewers bats were quite for the first 2 innings only scoring 1 run and only getting one hit.  However the flood gates opened in the 3rd, when the Brewers plated 9 runs on 8 hits including doubles by E. Gossage and Hartman.  In the bottom of the 3rd, the Grey's got their first base runner when Rucker walked the first batter of the inning.  The Brewers then scored another 3 runs in the 4th topped off by a F. Vaughn triple... the 4th also had the Grey's 2nd base runner of the day credited by an infield error.  The Brewers topped off their scoring in the 5th inning bringing in another 5 runs on 3 more hits... Rucker finished the day in the 5th and the game with a 18-0 win not giving up any hits, striking out 6 and waling 1.  Rucker had 4 1-2-3 innings and one 1-2-3-4 inning.
